Attorney James (Jim) Herb has practiced Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law for more than 40 years. He has spoken at, or chaired, more than 50 seminars for other attorneys and paralegals.
For 7 years he was the chair of the annual Florida Bar’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates Certification Review Course. He is the chapter author (or co-author) of 4 chapters in Florida Bar practice books: Practice Under Florida Probate Code (jurisdiction chapter); Litigation Under the Florida Probate Code (family rights chapter and appeals in probate chapter); and Florida Guardianship Practice (chapter on trusts in guardianships).
He is married to his wife for 42 years, and has a dog Fluffy, who accompanies him and his wife just about everywhere they go.
