Barry D. Siegel, Esq.
Founder and CEO
Barry, the Founder and CEO of The Siegel Law Group, P.A., is dedicated to enhancing the lives of others and simplifying their affairs. Barry’s focus on Estate Planning and Elder Law begins with his grandmother, Betty. She did not have long term care insurance. When she fell on ill health, she had to spend down her assets until she had none left. That experience had a profound effect on him—catalyzing his mission to help others avoid those kinds of hardships. He believes people should be able to age with dignity; to have their needs met as they get older; to feel like a joy and not a burden to their families; and to leave proud legacies behind.
Now, with over 20 years of experience as an Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney, Barry has advised thousands of individuals and families on various matters, including Trust and Estate Planning, Asset Protection employing both domestic and international strategies, Elder Law Planning, Medicaid Planning, and Veterans Benefits. Throughout his career, he has represented beneficiaries and fiduciaries on estates and trusts concerning tax, probate, and trust law issues.
Transitioning from his role as a practicing attorney, Barry now concentrates on nurturing his legal and leadership team, instilling in them the same meticulous care he has demonstrated for decades. With an emphasis on education, Barry has authored and co-authored numerous articles on Estate Planning and Asset Protection strategies, including The Book of Estate Planning Strategies. He contributes as a columnist for the Boca Raton Tribune and has been cited in publications such as the South Florida Business Journal and the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Additionally, Barry has appeared as a guest on various television and radio programs and is presently working on future publications.
