What to Expect from Your First Consultation
During the conversation, we will learn more about you and your Estate Planning needs – such as if you need help with a Will, Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, other ancillary documents, long-term care or Medicaid qualification. During your visit we can also address the need for Probate assistance or Trust Administration due to the loss of a loved one.
During our first meeting, we will:
- Provide you with an initial list of options or solutions, and the pros and cons of each
- Discuss costs versus benefits for each of your options
- Answer any additional questions you may have
- Discuss what will happen during any future appointments
At the end of the consultation, you should have a much better idea of what to expect, and you can make an informed decision about moving forward with us.
