Casey discovered his passion for Estate Planning during his final year of law school at Nova Southeastern University. While interning with NSU’s Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Legal Clinic (AIDD), he assisted families navigating the guardianship process, an experience that solidified his commitment to advocacy and thoughtful planning. This work led to an additional internship with Shutts & Bowen, LLP, where he gained hands-on experience in Mental Health Court matters and estate planning.
After graduating, Casey worked across several areas of law before ultimately returning to his true professional focus in Estate Planning. He now serves as an Estate Planning Paralegal with The Siegel Law Group, where he combines his legal training with a genuine dedication to helping individuals and families plan for the future with confidence and clarity.
Casey brings experience in guardianship proceedings, Estate Planning, Mental Health Court, contracts law, health law and policy, as well as legal research and writing. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and later graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Health Law & Policy.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs and one cat. He also enjoys kayaking, gardening, cooking, continuous learning, and playing both video and tabletop games.
