In his role as the client support coordinator at TSLG, Hector functions as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with questions or concerns related to their cases. His responsibilities encompass creating new client files, inputting client information into the computer system, and assembling portfolios or binders containing original Estate Planning documents for clients to take home. Additionally, he contributes to Probate proceedings by drafting various legal documents such as pleadings, petitions, orders, and motions. With a career spanning various law firms since 2019, and prior experience in customer service dating back to 2011, Hector brings a diverse set of skills to his position, including quick learning, coachability, adaptability, independent problem-solving, prioritization, and organization. Hector’s drive stems from the opportunity to make a positive impact, whether for clients or colleagues, daily. He approaches challenges with calmness and rationality, taking the necessary time to develop effective strategies. Outside of work, Hector enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with his wife, indulging their shared passion for cars and antiquing, and following sports, particularly Miami teams and European football.
