Jay Silverstein

Jay Silverstein is an Associate Attorney at The Siegel Law Group, P.A., dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients at every stage of their journey. His greatest professional fulfillment comes from collaborating with our team to create seamless, well-crafted Estate Plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Before joining the firm, Jay gained extensive experience at several national law firms, where he advised corporate clients on securities regulation, compliance, commercial litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. His background in high-stakes negotiations and complex legal matters allows him to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve potential legal issues before they arise.

Jay earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Middlebury College, where he double majored in Biology and Studio Art. He then went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

Outside the office, Jay enjoys road cycling, mastering new skills on calisthenics rings, and creating large-format mural paintings.
